Nicole Kidman swears she's had nothing done to her face. When you compare an old photo of Nicole back when she was just starting out and a recent picture you can see so many changes that are not natural. Her eyes, nose, cheeks, lips and chin have all been altered. I think she made some improvement up to a point, but c'mon... nothing done? The camera don't lie!
